Return & Refund Policy

1.damaged or defective product

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery,
you must provide clear evidence (photo or video) within 7 days of receipt.
It usually takes 2–5 business days for the Avorestshop team to review your request.
We will either issue a full refund or send you the exact same product as a replacement.

2. Incorrect Product Sent

If the item you received is not the same as what you ordered
(for example: wrong model, color, size, or design),
we will either refund your payment or resend the correct product completely free of charge.

3. Product Not Received / Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period according to the tracking information

In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

4. Processing Delay

If Avorestshop fails to start processing your order within 5 business days without a valid reason
(while the product is available in stock),
you are entitled to a full refund.

1. The customer has changed their mind.
(In other words, the customer decided to cancel the purchase without any product defect or issue.)(while the product is available in stock),

2. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.(while the product is available in stock),
you are entitled to a full refund.

3. The product matches the description but does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.
For example, slight differences in color, size, or design compared to what the customer imagined.(while the product is available in stock),
you are entitled to a full refund.

4. The product has been used or returned in a non-original condition.

5. Delays caused by customs inspections or special conditions in the destination country.

📦 Physical Product Returns

We generally do not require customers to return products, because:

The return shipping cost is usually very high, and

It is not logistically practical or cost-effective.


In most cases, instead of a physical return, a refund will be processed upon receiving clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

However, for special cases (for example, high-value items or branded/custom products),
you should contact us to request a dedicated return address.
Based on the specific situation, we will decide whether a physical return is necessary.
